Service Description

Join Pensacola Beach Yoga for a special stand up paddle board yoga class on Sunday September 22nd, honoring the Autumnal Equinox and the transition from summer into fall. Align with nature and explore themes of balance, equanimity, and transformation through this 108-minute paddle board yoga experience. We'll kick off our time together at 5:30pm learning the basics of paddling and beginner-friendly tips and tricks to stay balanced and present on the board. After our how-to, we'll head out onto the water, anchor, and enjoy a BLISSFUL yoga class on the sound that will include an extended yin portion of the class and guided meditation into savasana (the final resting posture). Cancellation Policy

All public beach classes are held rain or shine. If there is a safety or accessibility concern we will err on the side of caution and cancel class with as much notice as possible. Cancellations will be posted across socials as well as sent out to our mailing list. All private sessions require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to book. The remaining balance is due 24hrs before the session and is refundable should there be a last minute cancellation from either party. Stand-up Paddle Board Yoga classes are refundable, by request, up to 24hrs before the class start time. Space is limited; refunds will not be offered within 24hrs of the class. In the event that Pensacola Beach Yoga cancels your SUP class due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded in full. In the event of a weather-based cancellation for a private outdoor class, Pensacola Beach Yoga will make every effort to find an indoor location that same day or reschedule the beach class for another day in the near future. Alternate locations are not always available and cannot be guaranteed. Retreat deposits and all retreat payments are nonrefundable.
